Paxon Hollow Country Club has tried to be very accomodating with all donation requests. However, the number of requests for donations has grown significantly over the last several years.  We are now being so inundated with requests that we cannot possibly grant all of them. 

All donation requests must meet at least one of the requirements listed below to be considered. Donations will be in the form of two complimentary play cards. Each card is good for one weekday (Monday-Thursday) round of golf with cart included. To submit a donation request please fill out the request form below.

One of the following Requirements must be met for donation to be considered.

• The Golf Outing will be held at Paxon Hollow CC.
• The Charitable Organization is based in Marple Township.
• The person requesting the donation is a Marple Township Resident
• The person requesting the donation is a Marple Township Employee.
• The person requesting the donation is a Paxon Hollow Employee.

Donation requests will be handled by the Township Manager of Marple Township.

In addition to the form below all Donation Requests must send a flyer or brochure  with detailed information on your specific Charity. Send additional information via Email or US mail to address below.
